We have been fortunate in finding accommodation in the beautiful rooms of the old Bank of New South Wales building on the main street of Uralla, and decided to celebrate the fact!
So, on Friday, 10 June 2016 we invited our local State Member of Parliament, Adam Marshall, and our Shire Mayor, Michael Pearce, to join us to open the office. We invited our members and members of the public to come along and celebrate with us also.
We had a fantastic turnout and a great time! Adam announced some awesome funding for us, and we had some great information for people on being a case study home for ZNet Uralla. We introduced our brilliant coordinator, Steve Griffith, who has been a legend in organising things for us and who is worth his weight in gold! Fun was had by all, particularly when we watched our local state member Adam Marshall and our mayor Mick Pearce lighting up the street on Z1 and Z2 the ZNet renewable energy bikes 🙂
Thanks for a great night everyone!
